Next week, May 7-11, 2018 is Mental Health Week.

This year's theme is #GET LOUD AND TALK ABOUT IT! Please check out the attached agenda of the week's activities.
Monday: Muffin Monday for Mental Health- muffins for all students in the morning. Bananas for those with food issues.
Tuesday:Community "Walk and Talk" 6-7 PM on the walking trails. CHAMP Lead:Sandra Meet at the trail entrance on Archery Rd. Rain or shine.
Wednesday: Alberta Health Services-GET LOUD DAY! Students and Staff are invited to wear their "loudest" clothes (bright colors, patterns, ETC.) to Get Loud and Talk About It! To reduce the stigma around mental health.
Outdoor picnic lunch for Jr. and Sr. High- CHAMP Room closed.
Make a stress ball activity for Jr. and Sr. High
Monday-Thursday: "Lets Chalk About it!"
Elementary classes are invited to pick a time in the morning- Monday-Thursday for the CHAMP Team to visit and take them ont the tarmac to share mental health messages with chalk. Each class will be able to book a 15 min (approx.) time slot.
Sign-up sheet available through Dianne in the CHAMP Room.
Any class that hasn't booked a time before Thursday at lunch can join the CHAMP team over lunch to Chalk with us.
CHAMP Room closed over lunch time.
Friday: Staff appreciation lunch.
Monday-Friday: Black paper on the CHAMP wipe board and chalk for Jr. and Sr. high to write mental health messaging on it.
