Making Ice Cream

Mix & Flow of Matter

The Grade 8s made ice cream to go along with our Mix and Flow of Matter Unit. Students were able to observe and discuss the changes in state as the ice cream formed, as well as the different types of mixtures created depending on the ingredients and toppings they added.
