November Assembly

Thank you to parents who made it out to our assembly. It was so great to see parents in the building.

The students learned about “respect,” one of the seven Sacred Laws of Turtle Island. The grade 3 class presented how they each showed respect. The CHAMP team practiced some mindful breathing. The students were also reminded about playground expectations and dressing for the cooler weather. Halloween safety was also discussed at the assembly.

Thank you to Lisa Peterson from the Fox Creek Legion who joined our assembly to help present and congratulate our students who won last year’s Remembrance Day poster and literacy contests from the Legion.
